Pose 1: Child’s pose

1. Kneel on your yoga mat, resting your buttocks against your heels.


2. Bow forward and extend your arms out in front of you with your palms face down on the mat.


3. Rest your forehead on your yoga mat and relax your neck.

Pose 2: Downward-Facing Dog

1. Start in Table Pose. Move your hands about one palm length forward, so they are forward of your shoulders.


2. Press down through the hands and lift up your hips to come into the pose.


3. Straighten the legs, bringing the upper part of the thighs towards the back of the room and gradually straighten the legs.
