Build healthy brain habits over 14 days

You’ll only need yogurt, fresh berries, and pistachios
(any nuts, granola or your favourite toppings)
Yields: 4servings
Prep Time: 10mins
Total Time: 3hrs 10mins
2 cups Yogurt
½ cup sliced strawberries and any berries
½cup pistachios or any other nuts or granola


Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the yogurt on the sheet pan and spread it using an offset spatula.
Sprinkle it evenly with sliced strawberries and pistachios.
Freeze until firm, at least 3 hours or overnight.
Remove it from the freezer and break it into large chunks. Serve right away.
Yogurt: This receipt use full-fat Greek yogurt to ensure the creamiest bark possible, but feel free to use other yogurts. If using other types of yogurt, the bark will have an icier, less creamy texture, but it will still be delicious.
Storage: To store leftovers, make sure to break the bars into pieces before placing them in an airtight container. Keep in the freezer and enjoy them for up to 2-3 months.
